Sketchy Blenny does not charge any additional taxes or fees.
In most cases, production takes place in the country you've ordered from. As no border crossing occurs, no taxes will be due.
Products for which this is not possible will be shipped from abroad or from the main office. In these cases, taxes might apply. They may be charged before or after you receive your order. This fully depends on the countries involved and their tax agreements, or lack thereof. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change or cancel your order before production starts.
Please note that our products are printed on demand. Once the printing process has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, as we are dependent on the production schedule of our printing partners.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and find the best solution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or another appropriate solution.
The frames need to be ordered with the poster. We do not sell empty frames.
The frame arrives at your house ready to be used, including the hangers for both portrait and landscape orientations. The poster is already in the frame.
The wooden frames are produced from natural pine wood.

Our T-shirts are printed on demand, meaning they are only produced after an order has been placed. This helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.
The designs are printed using water-based, OEKO-TEX certified inks, which are tested for harmful substances and suitable for use on textiles. We choose high-quality shirts designed for comfort and durability.
Magnets
Our magnets are produced in Germany using 100% green electricity.
The designs are printed in high resolution and the magnets are made from high-quality materials to create a durable product that can be enjoyed for a long time.
We produce small quantities and carefully manage our stock to avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Colouring books
Our colouring books are printed in Germany in small batches. They are produced with a durable saddle-stitch binding and high-quality paper to ensure a long-lasting product.
We avoid unnecessary packaging by not individually wrapping each book in plastic.
