ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• Posters, Frames: 1-4 days
• Tote Bags: 1-2 days

SHIPPING TIMES POSTERS

• 2-5 days: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, UK, Singapore, Malaysia
• 5-8 days: Most of Europe, North America, OZ/NZ, Japan, China, India, South Africa and UAE 
• 10-15 days: Rest of the world. Remote areas might have to wait a little bit longer, maybe up to 20 days.

SHIPPING TIMES TOTE BAGS

• 4-7 days: Most of the EU, US
• 6-10 days: Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, Malaysia
• 10-14 days: Northern Scandinavia, most of Asia
• 10-17 days: Balkan, China, South America and Africa
• 18-20 days: OZ/NZ, UAE. Remote areas might have to wait a little bit longer.
  

NOTE: If your order has to cross borders it might also take longer due to legal procedures and a possible import tax (i.e. VAT). For that process, shipments are sometimes held back by the authorities until matters are resolved.

SHIPPING COSTS 
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address.

TAXES
In many cases, the production happens in the country you've ordered from. As no border crossing happens, no taxes will be due.

If your order is printed in a different country, then taxes might apply. They might be asked from you before, or after you have received your order.  This fully depends on the amount of money spent on goods, the countries involved, and their tax agreements or lack thereof. Unfortunately, it is completely out of our control.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Also if you need to cancel your order, please contact us and we try to change or cancel your order. Please note, that once the order is made, the printing company will start their process as well and we are dependent on their schedule.
