• 5-8 working days: US, Japan, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Brazil
• 10-15 working days: Rest of the world. Remote areas might have to wait a little bit longer, maybe up to 20 days.

• 6-10 working days: Switzerland, Scandinavia, Mexico, Malaysia
• 10-14 working days: Norway, most of Asia, NZ
• 10-17 working days: Balkan, China, South America and Africa

NOTE: If your order has to cross borders it might also take longer due to legal procedures and a possible import tax (i.e. VAT). For that process, shipments are sometimes held back by the authorities until matters are resolved.

TAXES
In many cases, the production happens in the country you've ordered from. As no border crossing happens, no taxes will be due.

If your order is printed in a different country, then taxes might apply. They might be asked from you before, or after you have received your order.  This fully depends on the amount of money spent on goods, the countries involved, and their tax agreements or lack thereof. Unfortunately, it is completely out of our control.
